Werner Aisslinger

Studio Aisslinger



Werner Aisslinger studied at Berlin University of the Arts and worked for Jasper Morrison, Ron Arad and Studio de Lucchi in Milan from 1989 to 1992. In 1993, he founded Studio Aisslinger in Berlin and opened a branch in Singapore in 2008. From 1998 to 2005 he worked as a professor of design in Karlsruhe and at NUS in Singapore in 2011. His design objects are exhibited as part of the permanent collections of MoMA and the Metropolitan Museum in New York, the Victoria & Albert Museum in London and Die Neue Sammlung – The Design Museum in Munich. His works currently can be seen in House of Wonders at Pinakothek der Moderne in Munich.
